ABD Member - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) ABD (all but dissertation) candidates for membership must be enrolled in a Ph.D. program and actively working toward the completion of a Ph.D. thesis. ABD members may participate in all activities of the SAT except voting and serving on the Executive Committee.

Candidates for ABD membership must be confirmed or received in the ACNA and submit to and maintain its doctrine and discipline as set forth in the Constitution and Canons of the ACNA.

Affiliate Member - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Candidates for affiliate membership fall into two categories:
1. Those who have interest in the work of the SAT and hold a Ph.D. in a related discipline such as history, literature, philosophy, political theory, or another discipline that intersects theological studies.
2. Those who hold a completed Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree and demonstrate a record of scholarly research in a theological discipline.
Affiliate members may participate in all aspects of the work of SAT except voting or serving on the executive committee.

Candidates for affiliate membership must be confirmed or received in the ACNA and submit to and maintain its doctrine and discipline as set forth in the Constitution and Canons of the ACNA.

Full Member - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Candidates for full membership must hold a terminal research degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a theological discipline. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Executive Committee based on exceptional research or teaching experience. Full members may participate in all aspects of the work of the SAT including voting and serving on the executive committee.

Candidates for full membership must be confirmed or received in the ACNA and submit to and maintain its doctrine and discipline as set forth in the Constitution and Canons of the ACNA.
